The premium screening at Obihiro will be held as the main event of the Tokachi International Short Film Festival. This year, as the extension program of the Sapporo International Short Film Festival with reputation in the world, the film festival will be held in Obihiro/ Tokachi!! 

 

This is the first international short film festival held in TOKACHI which shorts films from all over the world are concentrated. Sapporo International Short Film Festival which will be the 11th time this year sends high quality short films of the world to Tokachi. “we want more people to know the pleasure of watch and make movies” “we want to give cheer to the people who live in Tokachi” this is why the short film festival will be held in Tokachi and all programs are free admission. We hope to see you in the Tokachi International Short Film Festival.
